Required Qualifications

The job is open to both Master's degree and Bachelor's degree holders, but experience is key:

Fields: Construction Project Management, Estate Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture

Experience: 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a managerial role

Must be an active member of a professional body when applicable

For Bachelor’s Degree holders

Same fields of study

Experience: 7 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a managerial role

Must also be a member of a professional body where applicable
