Registration Platform: School Data Management System (SDMS)

All registrations will be done using the School Data Management System (SDMS).

This is an official online platform used by NESA to manage student information and exam registration.

The SDMS platform allows:

Schools to register their students

Private candidates to register themselves

Accurate and secure storage of student exam information

Candidates must ensure their information is correct before submitting registration.

Who is Responsible for Registration?

Responsibility for registration depends on the candidate's type.

1. Head Teachers – School-Based Candidates

For students studying in schools, the Head Teacher is responsible for registering candidates in the SDMS system.

This includes students in:

S3 Ordinary Level

S6 Advanced Level

Level 5 TVET and TSS

Students should cooperate with their school administration and provide correct information when requested.

2.Private Candidates – Self Registration

Private candidates must register themselves using the SDMS platform.

These candidates include:

Students not currently studying in a school

Students repeating exams privately

Students studying in private coaching centers

Private candidates must carefully follow the registration instructions.

3.Candidates in Private Coaching Centres

Students attending private coaching centers must select the correct examination center.

They must choose:

The center where they receive coaching

Or the approved exam center assigned to them

This ensures proper coordination during exam time.

It also gives schools and NESA enough time to prepare exam centers and materials.

Students should always confirm with their school that registration is completed.

Important Advice for Students and Parents

Here are some useful tips:

Check registration dates carefully

Provide correct personal information

Follow instructions from your school

Confirm registration status before the deadline
